About the Founder

Why I Started This Project

After experiencing a romance scam, financial fraud, and multiple scam attempts, I realized that awareness alone wasn’t enough.

People need a simple way to pause, think, verify information, and make informed decisions.

That’s why I launched “The Warning We Wish We Had” Campaign.

Help create the first scam-awareness movement designed by seniors who have lived through scams.

Because seniors don’t need another lecture

They need a system that actually works

We Need Your Experience

Not Your Money

Not Your Expertise

Just Your Experience

THE CAMPAIGN

“The Warning We Wish We Had”

We’ve spent billions on fraud prevention, yet scams keep growing.

Millions of people receive scam calls, texts, emails, and social media messages every day.

Maybe the people with the answers aren’t the experts. Maybe they’re the people who lived through it.

We’re inviting adults 55+ to join and help develop better ways to identify potential scams before money, information, or trust are lost.

We Need People Who Have:

  • Been scammed
  • Almost been scammed
  • Received suspicious calls
  • Received suspicious texts
  • Received suspicious emails
  • Helped a friend or family member avoid a scam

Family members and caregivers are also welcome; we would love to hear from you, too!

Help create what could become one of the nation’s first senior-designed scam-awareness and decision-support communities.

Join a free 5-day, 30-minute online discussion session and help build it.

No sales. No pitches. No experts talking at you.

Just real people sharing what actually happened.

If you believe your experience could help someone avoid becoming the next victim, we invite you to join us. Together, we can create the warning we wish we had.

Help Build Something That Could Protect Others

Your experience may help another person avoid:

Losing money

Losing trust

Losing their retirement savings

Losing confidence in themselves
